I am a children’s author.  I believe books can take us anywhere we can dream about, and everywhere we never dreamt of going. Books can also show us where we have been, and that’s probably most important of all.

I grew up on Long Island, and currently reside in Connecticut with my husband.  I don’t have the luxury of being a full-time writer (yet), like so many others, so I’m in good company. My debut picture book, “David’s Flamingos,” was published in 2018 by Spork Publishing and beautifully illustrated by Jeanne Conway.

I am a member of SCBWI – New England. I am a member of Julie Hedland’s 12 x 12 Picture Book Challenge.

When I am not writing, I’m reading, gardening, cooking, and tediously working on our family ancestry.  And did I mention writing…
